Ways to Glorify God at All Times

Life itself is a testimony of God’s greatness. Sometimes words are not enough. Our lives, our stories, and even the little details people see in us speak louder than any speech. Without explanation, your life already reveals how awesome God has been. In just one day, two people may leave this world, and yet life continues as though nothing happened. The truth is this: life must go on. But for you and I who are still standing, still breathing, still pressing forward, it is not by strength, effort, or luck. It is by the grace of God.
Take a moment today. Picture your life. Think about the doors God has opened for you, the battles He has fought for you, the things He gave you that many others are still praying for. Truly, every success, every achievement, every testimony is a product of His mercy.
That is why it is dangerous to pursue dreams, ambitions, and goals without acknowledging God. If you fail to give Him the glory, He can hand the reward to someone else. Whatever God blesses you with is not for pride or self-glorification. It is so that you may return all the honour to Him who gave it.
How to Glorify God daily
- Acknowledge God in everything you do:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6) Every decision and blessing should point back to God. All you have been blessed with on earth is for the glory of God.
- Give honour and glory to God at all times
“O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.” (Psalm 105:1). Thanksgiving should never leave your lips. Let gratitude be your lifestyle. - Serve God in reverence and holiness
“The true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” (John 4:23). Don’t worship in pride or pretence; worship Him with sincerity of heart. - Let your works be unto God
“Take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them.” (Matthew 6:1). Let your work be seen by God. He alone should be your most important audience. - Glorify Him at all times
“I have glorified Thee on the earth: I have finished the work which Thou gavest me to do.” (John 17:4). As you glorify Him, He will lift you and place His glory upon your life. “…I blessed the Most High, and I praised and honored Him that liveth forever…” (Daniel 4:34)
Beloved, remember this, everything you are, and everything you will ever become, is for the glory of God. Don’t hold back your praise. Don’t withhold your thanksgiving. Don’t exalt yourself over the One who gave you life. At all times, in all things, glorify God.
